- Delivery confirmation calls by phone are made on the same day you order if your order is placed beofre noon.
- Delivery confirmation calls by phone are made the day after the order is placed if it is placed after midday.
- These confirmation calls are made from Monday to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., in other words, orders placed from Saturday afternoon to Sunday evening will be made on Monday morning.
Once your order is confirmed by phone, it is shipped the same day or according to the arrangement agreed with our support.
